What is a Meso Therapy Facial?

This is an aesthetic facial treatment which uses a pen device to penetrate down into second layer of the skin called the Dermis. The Dermis is where all the magic happens, it consists of blood vessels, hair follicles, oil gland, elastin and collagen are produced here as well as your new cells. When I preform a skin needling treatment I penetrate down into the dermis and wake the cells ect up and get them working better.

From the age of 25 we are classed as having mature skin, this is because the rate our skin sheds its dead skin cells slows right down and we end up with a build up of dead skin, this is why you have skin problems including uneven skin tone, pigmentation problems, outbreaks just to name a few. As your old cells move up your skin they begin to harden (keratinise) and this means they can’t shed as quickly as they should meaning the skin has a build up of dead skin, 40 layers to be exact!

During this treatment I will use a cocktail of hyaluronic acid which your skin produces naturally any way (to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as speeding up the healing of wounds) to stimulate new cell production, as well as the production of collagen and elastin which will lead to healthy, brighter skin that works better and sheds a better rate. This treatment promotes healthy, brighter and fuller skin meaning the signs of ageing are reduced. You can have a Dermaplane treatment before we do your skin Needling to take away any dead skin cells (up to 8 weeks worth) as well as removing your peach fuzz.

This treatment may be done every 2 - 4 weeks depending on the area being treated, the severity of any scarring. This is also a fabulous treatment to have along side any Botox and filler treatments you may have as it will enhance the results and make you look younger for longer.
